I witnessed this truck fire at I-5 Southbound Exit 59. The driver escaped without injury, but the truck pretty much burned to the ground.

I was the first person on the scene, I used my Fire Extinguisher and the State Patrols Plus my Triangles to help Put the Fire out. I was unsuccessful the flames were to hot and to big for our extinguishers. No injuries but the truck was totaled.
