YouNews editors sifted through thousands of fabulous and creative submissions from over 60 affiliate stations nationwide, finally narrowing the selection down to a photo on KIMATV.com of Dusty. Her owner, Benji Mena claims the hairless six year old cat is “so ugly she is cute”. As the winner in the “Ugliest Pet” category, Dusty can now get a makeover with her $100 PetSmart gift card!
