Sommerset Apartments on Walnut in Yakima WA held their first National Night Out Block Party & it was a huge success!!! Everyone came to enjoy hot dogs, hamburgers, games for the kids included a Sponge Bob Pinata, face painting and safety handouts, there was a Safe Child ID kit given to parents, and everyone loved the cake, chips & sodas ...It was the first of many; The team at Sommerset has already began to plan for National Night Out 2009!!!
