Julie Chavez Rodriguez endorses local community celebration. The 13th Annual Cesar E. Chavez Memorial March & Celebration is scheduled for Saturday March 23, 2013. The celebration will begin with a food drive and peace march supporting comprehensive immigration reform at St. Paul's Cathedral (102 South 12th Ave.Yakima, WA 98902). A proceeding the march will be a celebration with speakers, food and entertainment at The Seasons Performance Hall 101 N.NACHES AVE. YAKIMA, WA 98901).
