Where did "We The People" go?

I shot this picture of a bald eagle and he appeared to be bowing his head in grief. As a symbol of our once great nation, I can understand his sadness. "We The People" has been replaced by professional politicians and special interest groups. Our government can not sustain with this type of corruption among our leadership. Look at the money they spend to get a low paying job. Why????? Greed and power of course.
