Second helpings of pumpkin pie in Prosser traditionally goes along with checking the pass reports for another holiday weekend trip to Tacoma, and another football playoff war.

State semi's tomorrow, and believe it or not, the nearly unbeatable Stangs are more than concerned.

This is probably a night you'd hate to be a turkey. This is probably another high school football season when you'd hate to be an opponent of Prosser. The Mustangs have basically stampeded past every wanna be team that's dared to try and slow down the mo of the mighty mustang red machine. Averaging nearly half a hundred points a game, prosser gears up for lynden in friday evening's 2A semi's under the big top in T-Town. Prosser's been there a million times. Last year falling in the semi's. The Stangs were never challenged for four quarters in a game in '06. And, haven't had to play four quarters in a game this season either...are they ready....are they really tough enough to bang heads for 48 minutes.

Tom Moore "we're playing a lot of kids and we got a lot of kids in. Our kids are in good shape, they've been running hard, they've been lifting hard. We worked out today again. We're gonna workout tomorrow and our kids are in very good shape. They've been very focused on being in shape to play indoors."

Cade Wandling "ever since springtime, we've been working real hard. Everyone's lifting everyday, school year, summer, we lift hard, run hard. We never stop lifting. We don't maintain. We get strong through the year and I think we'll be fine and we've playrd hard for those two quarters. And, you know, we'll see what happens."

What should happen is a heck of a night after thanksgiving feast for those treking to tacoma to watch the undefeated mustangs battle lynden, another spread offense team that likes to open things up......should be a wild and
