Central Wildcats ready to rock the rugby world!

Central Wildcats ready to rock the rugby world!
Every W for CWU Rugby a history maker.

Ready to run up another victory this weekend in a big one.

Central Washington completely dominated the Ducks from Oregon 79 - 0 this past weekend at Magnusson Park in Seattle. Covered only by KIMA, the Wildcats brought home the conference championship trophy. Now on to the Varsity Cup matches, America's top collegiate post season rugby championship tourney.

Tanner Barnes "We take it very seriously. We're proud to be part of it. We were lucky last year to slip in. Take it in stride and be grateful."

Nationally ranked Central, in only its first year of varsity competition rolling into the playoffs Saturday at LA against Utah. The Wildcats one of only a dozen teams in the Varsity Cup. Can they rock the rugby world and win the whole thing.

Tony " If they keep to their standards and keep improving and keep trying well. We can make a run at this. That's what we're going to try to do."
