Seahawks Beaten By Green Bay

If you are a sports fan in this great state, I am sorry.

The Sonics packed up and left...and the Mariners, Cougars, and Huskies are all...well, lets just say bad.

So, that leaves the Seattle Seahawks...and guess what...they're not real good either.

The Hawks were 1-3 coming into Sunday's game against Green Bay...and look, it's a reminder of the good old days...former Sonics star Gary Payton raised the 12th man flag.

This game was tied at 10 at the half, but then things fell apart for Seattle.

Green Bay scored 17 straight points, and that was enough.

The Seahawks fall to 1-4 as they lose to the Packers 27-17.

After the game, head coach Mike Holmgren said these are tough times in Seattle.

Coach Holmgren said, "Its easy to slap people on the back and coach and play when things are going well and then it becomes a little more difficult when its not going so well, so, that is a challenge for us right now cause we're not, its hard right now, we're not playing very good football."

Right now, Seattle is tied for last place in the NFC West with St. Louis.

And things might not get better anytime soon.

This week, the Hawks will make another trip to the east coast to play at 1st place Tampa Bay.

This game will be next Sunday evening at 5:15.
