Mitt Romney to campaign in Seattle next month

SEATTLE - Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is planning a fund-raising campaign visit to Seattle early next month, according to the state Republican party.
Romney, who is the presumptive GOP nominee for president in the 2012 elections, will headline a VIP reception and an evening reception on June 4, according to the state GOP's website.
Tickets to the VIP reception cost $10,000 per person or $20,000 per couple, and include a photo op with the candidate. The evening reception is priced at $2,500 per person or $5,000 per couple.
No time or location has yet been announced. Romney last visited Washington state on March 1-2, with a campaign stop in Bellevue.
Romney, a former Massachusetts governor, is expected to focus on the nation's fragile economic rebound during his campaign stop here, as he has at other appearances recently.
He is hoping to ride a wave of voter discontent with the economy to beat President Obama. No other president has won re-election with a national unemployment rate above 7.2 percent. The rate stood at 8.1 percent in April.
