KITTITAS COUNTY, Wash. -- Votes coming in are showing more support to replace the middle school in Ellensburg. It's closer to passing, but time is running out on the bond measure.

The latest returns show Prop. 1 with 59.8 percent approving. It needs 60 percent to pass.

Kittitas County's auditor told KIMA more ballots need to be counted.

The vote on the $39 million bond will be certified next Tuesday.
