HARRAH, Wash. -- A teenager is in custody facing arson charges. He's blamed for a propane explosion that damaged part of Harrah City Hall.
The sheriff's department received community tips after releasing surveillance footage of the arson last month.
The explosion caused serous damage and singed a nearby home.
Investigators don't know if City Hall was the target.
But, they say the suspect had issues with city employees after being kicked out a nearby park after dark.
