YPD responded to over 30 calls at home where wanted criminal was found
YAKIMA, Wash. -- KIMA dug deeper and found the address where wanted criminal, Jacob Lucey, was arrested is a troublesome one.
Police say they responded to 34 calls at the house on 1600 block of Roosevelt Avenue.
Officers say the calls were related to drugs and gang activity.
Neighbors say they aren't surprised.
"It's a pretty grimy neighborhood," Tyson Fast said. "It's the worst. Between here and the North side over here, it's the worst. I mean, I walk through it every day, so."
Other neighbors we spoke with say they stay prepared with guard dogs and extra locks.

I have never been so shocked since I moved back to this area from all the gangs and violence. I lived here in the mid seventies to early eighties and remember a community where it was safe to do just about anything. The law has no more right's in this state, the gang's are king. It's all about the money and drug trade, that is why the cop's no longer have the upper hand. I am glad this is a state were us true American citizens have the right to bear arms because most of us who are not in gangs,or have to see blue and red spray painted gang signs everywhere should not hesitate to fight back if our homes ever have to take a backseat to all this gang violence, A new law should require a YPD to shoot gang members on sight and let's eleminate this plague of gang's..
Is anyone shocked by this news at all. We all had to know he wouldn't be found hiding in a model citizens house.
