YAKIMA, Wash. -- Yakima leaders agreed to pay $350,000 to finish a public art project.

"Bins of Light" will be an electric sculpture above the Lincoln Avenue underpass.

The money will come from leftover cash used to build the Lincoln Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard underpasses.

It will still be some time before the project is completed. The design still hasn't been finalized.
