YAKIMA, Wash. -- Yakima caught flak for poor craftsmanship on the Christmas lights in downtown. Crews started reorganizing the lights on the trees on Tuesday. They're re-doing the lights from 9th Street to 7th Avenue. Lights were on 150 trees, but now they're putting them on every other tree. It costs taxpayers $2,600.
"Everybody's used to lights at this time of year, more lights, more prettier," said Adythe Yellowowl.
The lights should take one week to complete.

Haha!  Go figure. Lazy, dumb union workers putting up shoddy work and then redoing the job with slightly less shoddy work. No wonder businesses are shipping jobs overseas to 3rd world countries; you get the same quality for less money.
