YAKIMA, Wash. -- A Yakima man blamed for a car accident that killed his baby daughter says he's not guilty of vehicular homicide. That plea from Heriberto Acosta during his arraignment today.

Prosecutors say Acosta was high on methampetamine and drunk when he crashed into a tree near Buena over the summer. His one-year-old daughter died at the scene.

Acosta's trial is scheduled for February. He could get life in prison if convicted.
