Yakima hopes to add supervising traffic engineer

Yakima hopes to add supervising traffic engineer
YAKIMA, Wash. -- Yakima hopes to make your traffic complaints a priority once again. It's looking to reinstate a supervising traffic engineer.

The Streets and Traffic Department said the position would help handle complaints as well as identify future projects and grant opportunities. The position was cut during the recession. Yakima thinks the economy has recovered enough to bring it back.
