Yakima gas prices falling, still above state average
YAKIMA, Wash. -- In Yakima, gas is finally below the $4 mark. Yakima's average was $3.97 on Sunday.
That's still one penny higher than the state average and nearly $.40 higher than the national average.
But, people we talked to are thrilled to gas prices are finally going down.
"I saw a Shell station that was up to like $4.85," said driver, Steven Claudio. :It's nice to come here and see gas under $4. That's always good."
The cheapest gas in Yakima is at Washington and 3rd Avenue at $3.91 a gallon.
