Former volunteer on trial for alleged underage sexting

YAKIMA, Wash. -- Opening arguments were heard Wednesday for the man accused of sexting a 17-year-old girl.

Miguel Osuna is on trial after police say he sent explicit texts to a minor.

The Davis High School employee once volunteered with the Yakima Police Athletic League. He's now banned from going there.
