Union Gap still undecided on allowing marijuana businesses

Union Gap still undecided on allowing marijuana businesses
UNION GAP, Wash. -- Union Gap still hasn't made up its mind on allowing pot businesses within city limits.

The city voted for a six-month moratorium. But, Union Gap's City Council never held a public hearing within 60 days to keep it in effect.

Now, the council plans to vote on a second moratorium on Monday. Council Member Mark Carney says the hearing was overlooked because Union Gap was without a city clerk during its reorganization.
