Union Gap officially hires new city administrator

UNION GAP, Wash. -- A deal is done with the new city administrator.
City council chose Rodney Otterness as the new city manager earlier this month.
Union gap finalized his contract. Otterness will start work April First.
One of his first assignments will be to hire a new police chief.
Otterness tells KIMA he also plans to stop the high turnover of city employees.
