YAKIMA COUNTY, Wash. -- Union Gap and Selah are taking their turns at the pot issue. Leaders of both cities could make key decisions this week.

The Union Gap City Council is expected to vote Monday to ban the growing, processing and sale of pot. The ordinance covers both recreational and medical marijuana.

A no vote would go against the recommendation of Union Gap's planning commission.

Selah leaders will hold a public hearing Tuesday night on its latest moratorium extension.

City Council voted in April to delay its pot vote for another six months.
