YAKIMA COUNTY, Wash. -- An October trial date has been set for the man accused of threatening to bomb Charter Communications in Yakima.

Court records say Ronald Worthington was upset his phone and cable were shut off. This video is Worthington from an earlier court date.

Documents say Worthington told officers he had dynamite in his house. No explosives were found.
