YAKIMA, Wash. -- Police say Tennance Buckingham helped former triple murder suspect Kevin Harper get rid of evidence, and now he will face a jury for it.

A May trial date was set for Buckingham.

Buckingham is charged with trafficking stolen property and rendering criminal assistance.

Sheriff's deputies say Buckingham had a laptop stolen from West Valley murder victims' Bettye, Pauline and Bill Goggin.

But they say he was not involved in the home invasion or their murders.
