TOPPENISH, Wash. -- A haystack fire that started early Tuesday morning at the Toppenish Livestock Commission is still burning.

Investigators say it burned nearly 500 tons of hay. The haystack will burn at least three more days.

Firefighters say it takes too much water and equipment to put out the fire so they're letting it burn. It's not considered dangerous.

They don't know how it started.
