YAKIMA, Wash.-- A teenager who pleaded guilty to killing a man across from the Yakima Transit Center is now trying to go back on that plea. Daniel Perez said he gunned down a man as part of a gang altercation last year and he was supposed to be sentenced today.

The judge approved the defenses request to put off sentencing to try to take away that deal. The 16-year-old will face a judge again in mid-January.
