YAKIMA, Wash. --      A suspected arsonist accused of setting five fires in White Swan made his first appearance in court.

Yakima County Deputies arrested Roy Carrizal last week after following leads from the community.

The following week, a second vacant home was burned for a total of four fires in six days.
