Sunnyside toddler remains in critical condition

SUNNYSIDE, Wash. -- The 3-year-old boy who was shot in the face earlier this week remains in critical condition at a Seattle hospital, officials said.
Police said the boy accidentally shot himself Monday night with his father's gun.
The father does have a concealed weapons permit, they said.
Officers say criminal charges are not likely.
