State suspends license of Yakima doctor accused of rape

YAKIMA, Wash. -- The Yakima doctor accused of rape is no longer carrying an active practicing license. The state suspended Fady Sabry's license after recent criminal charges.

Sabry is charged with second degree rape.

Three women have come forward with the allegations.

The doctor is suspected of raping the women while performing pelvic exams. He can't practice in the state until the case is resolved through Superior Court. Sabry has about three weeks to respond to the suspension. | The official Department of Health filings can be found here» and here»
