Spaghetti for a good cause with Yakima firefighters

Spaghetti for a good cause with Yakima firefighters
YAKIMA, Wash. -- On Wednesday night firefighters from Station 91 hosted their 18th annual Spaghetti Feed dinner.

They told KIMA they cooked 150 pounds of noodles, 100 pounds of beef, 20 pounds of sausage, and 56 gallons of sauce.

All the food was donated and proceeds went to our local Red Cross.

Every year they get around 500 people to show up to the dinner.

Some community members come back every year.

"My son in law's in the Yakima Fire Department and it's a good cause, benefits the Red Cross, and the spaghetti is really good," said Linda Deyoung from Yakima.
