Snag Canyon Fire destroys more structures
KITTITAS COUNTY, Wash. -- There has been more destruction from the growing Snag Canyon Fire north of Ellensburg. Commanders now say eight homes and cabins have been destroyed, along with 11 other structures.

It has burned about 8,400 acres and is still only 10 percent contained.

Authorities say the fire is spreading to the north and northeast. Wind hasn't been a major problem Thursday, but it's expected to pick up again Friday.
