Rojas pleads guilty to manslaughter in plea deal

YAKIMA, Wash. -- A plea deal came Wednesday that will keep a man who shot three people three years ago from being tried for murder.

Marcos Rojas could now spend up to 15 years in prison.

He pleaded guilty to manslaughter and assault charges for the shooting that killed one person.

The case would have gone to trial without an agreement by the end of the week.

Rojas will be sentenced next month.
