Authorities say the suspect entered Bank of the West in the 500 block of East Yakima Avenue shortly after 5:30 p.m. He then handed a teller a note demanding money and suggesting he had a weapon. After the teller gave him an undisclosed amount of money, police say the suspect left the bank on a BMX bicycle.
