HERMISTON, Ore. -- Police say an alert citizen helped them catch someone who was attempting to break in to the Agape House at 500 W. Harper Road.
Officers responded to the building around 2:00 a.m. when someone in the area heard glass breaking and called police.
Officers responded and searched the area. They found 41-year-old Terrance Seibel hiding between some storage containers. He was arrested for Attempted 2nd degree burglary, Possession of Burglary Tools, Unlawful Possession of Meth and Unlawful Entry to a Motor Vehicle.
“This is yet another example of an offender on the streets that has yet to be held accountable for past actions hence the three arrest warrants," said Chief Jason Edmiston. "Over the years, our agency alone has arrested Mr. Seibel 12 times and charged him with 40 different things.”
Police said Seibel also had three warrants for his arrest out of Hermiston Municipal Court, Umatill County and Morrow County.
