Plane makes emergency landing on highway near Pendleton

Oregon State Police said a small airplane made an emergency landing on a highway Thursday afternoon. Officials said the plane landed safely around 1 p.m. on Highway 11. The road was closed for about an hour until the plane was able to take off. No injuries were reported.
