No charges filed against Union Gap's mayor
UNION GAP, Wash. -- Union Gap's police department said it finished its preliminary investigation and no charges will be filed against Jim Lemon.
Prosecutors are still reviewing the police investigation and could re-open the case.
It's still not clear exactly what happened between Lemon and a fellow employee at City Hall a couple weeks ago.
That worker could decide to press charges herself.
Did they get the glass out of her eye yet? Â She probably ought to get an attorney real quick, the cat;s outta the bag...
