SELAH, Wash. -- Nearly 50 new homes became a part of Selah city limits Saturday.

The land includes all the property north of West Goodlander Road, between Selah Loop Road and Herlou Drive.

City Council voted on the annexation at the end of the summer. However, the Yakima County Boundary Review Board just gave their official approval this week. The annexed property has a value of about $7.5 million.
