UNION GAP, Wash. -- Union Gap is facing more delays as they consider options for remodeling city hall.

The architects now say they can't come to discuss at a city council meeting until February. The reports are already delayed. They were originally due back in November. Council didn't get a hold of them until last month, and was hoping to discuss them at the beginning of this year.

"The longer you wait the more its going to cost, and the predictions, the projections that you get financially will have gone out the window," said Mark Carney, Union Gap councilmember.

Carney says he'd like to secure a final budget for the project soon.
