YAKIMA, Wash. -- A rollover crash on Walnut Street in Yakima Tuesday afternoon sent one man to the hospital with serious injuries.

Police said the car hit the support beam of the underpass between Front Street and South 1st Avenue before flipping upside down. Emergency crews used the jaws of life to get him out.

The crash blocked eastbound traffic on Walnut for about an hour.

Yakima police tell us the man driving the car was conscious, but there's no word on his condition.
