Man who shot himself in drug store parking lot is now dead
UNION GAP, Wash. -- It is not generally our policy to report on suicides here on Action News, but we did mention an attempt Thursday because it took place in such a public venue.
Shortly after 6:00 p.m. Thursday police responded to a shooting in the Yakima Mall parking lot near the Rite Aid.
They found a man with a gun shot wound to the head.
Police said the man had made threats to take his life and was wondering around.
He was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

I read on face book about two dogs that are being mistreated over there at 1019 S. 21st street Yakima across from pizza hut. No food or water, no shelter no blankets to lay on, and short leash around thier necks.

Action new you say you don't report on suicides but that's a lie I know several including this one that you have reported on. What about the homeless man the other day. Sure died of overdose but that still is suicide. There was also one a few months ago on N 34th. I don't care if you report them or not just don't tell us you don't cause you do.
Weird, he shoot himself were I got hurt by a shoplifter stealing blue jeans from sears with is van back in 1993.
One wanders why he was wondering around. Probably looking for both an author and editor that don't depend on spell check to accomplish their work.
