YAKIMA, Wash. -- It's a jail booking for the man suspected of killing his passenger in a weekend crash near Grandview.

Arturo Castillo faces vehicular homicide charges.

Police say the 21-year-old was under the influence when he flipped a car on Foresell Road.

His 22-year-old passenger was killed.

Troopers say Magaly Barocio Valderas was not wearing a seatbelt when thrown from the car.
