Man caught after stealing from hitchhiker
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. -- A 56-year-old man allegedly pushed a 49-year-old woman out of his car and stole her belongings, according to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.

It happened Monday morning near milepost 30 on U.S. Highway 395.

Police arrested Timothy Grazzini of West Richland after the woman told police he stole all her belongings.

She told police she was hitchhiking from Florida to Washington when Grazzini agreed to give her a ride. She said he told her that he couldn't drive her to Yakima until after work. She then demanded he let her out and that's when she said she was pushed out of the car.

Deputies arrested Grazzini later that day when they found his car at a business in Connell.
