YAKIMA, Wash. -- A man suspected of torching a Yakima radio station appeared in court Friday.

Court documents say Adam Baker was caught on security cameras setting a fire at the Townsquare Media building. Police confirmed with his sister that Baker was in the video.

The fire only caused minor damage.

Baker faces first-degree arson charges because several people were inside at the time. However, no one was injured.
