YAKIMA, Wash.-- There was a court appearance today for the man accused of calling in a bomb threat to pull off a robbery. Police arrested Ryan Tosto Sunday morning.

He's accused of holding up the Fred Meyer on 40th Avenue. Detectives say he got away with some cash at first, but they caught him.

YPD believes Tosto phoned in bomb threats to a number of grocery stores beforehand as a way to keep officers busy when he hit the Fred Meyer.
