YAKIMA COUNTY, Wash.-- A significantly lower bail is in place for the fourth and final suspect accused of being involved in last weekend's murder in Harrah. Court documents accuse 17-year-old Carlos Hernandez of driving the other three defendants to the place Charles Burkybile was killed.

A Yakima County Juvenile Court Judge set bail at $100,000. It's $1 million for the other three. Hernandez is the only suspect in juvenile court. He is not accused of shooting any of the guns used in the murder.
