Looney pleads guilty to second degree murder in 2010 killing

YAKIMA, Wash. -- Sebastian Looney pleaded guilty to second degree murder Wednesday in the killing of Gary Snell back in 2010.
Prosecutors say Looney shot and killed Gary Snell during a drug deal and hid his body under a home in Terrace Heights.
Looney originally claimed self-defense.
A jury acquitted Looney of premeditated murder in June, and a mistrial was declared when jurors couldn't make a decision on a robbery charge and two lesser murder charges.
He will be sentenced later this month.
