YAKIMA, Wash. -- Kevin Harper made a brief court appearance Friday morning.
His status hearing was pushed back to April.
The Yakima County Prosecutor's Office said there is a chance he could be sentenced then as well.
A plea agreement was reached a year and a half after three people were found brutally beaten to death in their West Valley home.
Prosecutors decided they didn't have the evidence to convict Harper, their prime suspect.
I am tired of looking and hearing about  this sad excuse of a human. Yakima  smooched the pooch on this scums conviction and now the taxpayers keep paying. Slap his hand, tell him not to be a bad boy anymore, and turn him lose to carry on with his occupation of crime. We can only hope the next time he is arrested, he resists a little too much and ends up with a terminal case of 223 or 40 caliber lead poisoning.Â
