House fire leaves another family homeless

House fire leaves another family homeless
YAKIMA Wash. -- Another fire has left a family homeless.

The fire broke out this afternoon on the 600 block of South 13th Ave. It's believed the fire started in the attic.

The family was home at the time. Everyone got out safely after someone can to the door to warn them of the fire.

"I heard somebody knock on the front of my house saying, is anybody in there? I opened the front door and flames came rolling in at me. I shut the door and went and yelled at my kids to get out the back door, my wife to get out the back door," said Steven Moss.

The roof is a complete loss.
