GRANDVIEW, Wash. -- Voters in Grandview will get a chance to decide whether to replace the track and football field at the high school.

The school board voted to put a $1.6 million levy on the November ballot. People would have to pay about $100 for every $100,000 their home is worth.

If voters approve the levy, construction is expected to start in the spring.
