Gang Free Initiative will take 120 at-risk kids
YAKIMA, Wash. -- Managers of the Gang Free Initiative said they're now able to take 120 at-risk kids for their program. Officials said they've never been able to take this many. So far, they identified more than 70 who could participate in the GFI. Organizers designed a new anti-gang strategy. It includes five major steps for students to be successful. About 20 students completed the screening process.
