YAKIMA COUNTY, Wash. -- Selah's former city supervisor reached a plea deal.

Frank Sweet is expected to plead guilty to injuring public records.

The Yakima Herald reports a plea is expected next week. Two counts of possession of stolen property would be dropped as part of the deal.

There's no word on the punishment. The charges stem from Sweet's days with Selah.

He most recently served as Sunnyside's interim city manager. Sweet was fired from that job last year.
